Of course, they also kept in mind the importance of a luxurious and refined design, alongside these functional elements.

For frame only orders, dispatch is completed within 3 to 10 business days after payment is confirmed. All shipments are handled via Australia Post and include a tracking number.
Both standard and express shipping options are available, and shipping fees may vary depending on the option selected.
Exchanges and Refunds
IHOLICS operates a carefully considered exchange and refund policy.
For frame only products, exchanges or refunds are available only if the item is unused and in resalable condition.
Requests due to change of mind are subject to inspection and approval,
and processing may require additional time after the item is received.
Orders that include custom made lenses are not eligible for exchange or refund due to the nature of the product.
