Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Policy Overview
IHOLICS operates with transparent and customer focused policies to ensure a fair and consistent returns process. This policy applies to online purchases.
All exchange and return requests must be submitted by email within the specified timeframe and will be processed after professional inspection of the returned item.
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. Eyewear Frames and Sunglasses
Exchange and Return Period
Within 14 days from the date the item is received.
Exchange Conditions
- The item must be unworn
- There must be no signs of scratches, plating damage, alterations, or additional adjustments
- The item must remain in the same resellable condition as when dispatched
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Exchange Procedure
- Contact hello@iholics.com.au to request approval
- Send the item after receiving confirmation
- Professional inspection upon arrival will be conducted, taking approximately 3 to 10 days
- If approved, the exchange will be processed
For change of mind exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the exchange is due to a faulty item or dispatch error by IHOLICS, shipping costs will be covered by IHOLICS.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unworn
- The item must remain in resellable condition
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Sale items, gift cards, and used items are not eligible for return.
Custom ordered LINDBERG products are individually made and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Standard return and exchange policies apply only to LINDBERG stock frames held by IHOLICS.
Return Procedure

- Send the item after receiving confirmation
- Condition inspection upon arrival will be conducted, taking approximately 3 to 10 days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
For change of mind returns, original shipping fees and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to a faulty item or dispatch error by IHOLICS, shipping costs will be covered by IHOLICS.
3. Contact Lenses
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses are subject to separate exchange and refund conditions.
Exchange and Refund Period
• Exchange: Within 14 days from the date the product is received by IHOLICS
• Refund: Within 14 days from the date the issue is reported
(Refund requests are subject to our refund policy. Additional investigation time may be required if the matter requires further review.)

- There must be no writing or markings on the box
- The product must be in resellable condition
Exchange Procedure

- Send the product to IHOLICS following the instructions provided by IHOLICS
(Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.) - Product inspection and exchange approval assessment will be conducted within 1 to 5 business days after arrival
- If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re dispatch, and delivery may take approximately 2 to 5 business days
- Exchanges are limited to one time per order only
Refund Conditions
Refunds are only available in the following cases.
- Faulty product
- Order input error or dispatch error made by IHOLICS
Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Refund Procedure

- Return the product following the instructions provided by IHOLICS
(A return shipping label may be provided by IHOLICS if applicable.) - Product inspection will be conducted within 1 to 5 business days after arrival
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days
4. Final Notice
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact hello@iholics.com.au promptly and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
IHOLICS reviews all exchange and return requests in accordance with this policy.
This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
