IHOLICS is committed to delivering your order safely and reliably. Please review our shipping information below.
1. Australian Shipping
Orders within Australia are shipped using a tracked delivery service.
- Standard Shipping: $18
- Express Shipping: $28
- Contact Lens Orders $100+: FREE Standard Shipping
Free shipping applies only to contact lens orders with an order value of $100 or more. Other products, including eyewear, sunglasses, accessories and eye care products, are subject to the applicable shipping fee. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, stock availability and the shipping method selected.
2. Contact Lens Delivery
Some contact lenses may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, while others may be dispatched by IHOLICS. Regardless of the dispatch method, contact lens orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Delivery times typically range from 2–10 business days, depending on product availability and your location. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
3. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. Please contact us at hello@iholics.com.au before placing an international order to confirm availability and obtain a shipping quote. International shipping charges vary depending on the destination, parcel size and delivery service.
4. Order Delays
We aim to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible. However, delivery times may vary due to stock availability, supplier schedules or circumstances outside our control. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery timeframe.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact hello@iholics.com.au as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
6. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details and delivery updates will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your order has been dispatched.
