Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for eligible contact lens orders and are limited to the same product. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from the order date. Products must be unopened and in original condition. A shipping fee applies and is the responsibility of the customer.
Direct exchanges for eyewear frames are not offered. Customers may return eligible frames and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Refunds are available for eyewear frames that are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the item is received. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
